There is an easy fix though. If you go into the "ServeAsSoldier" folder in the modules, open settings.xml and change the "AIrecruitwander" to false it will solve the problem. But you have to start a new campaign.
Also, the heavy spearman is just total dogshit. Pure dedicated spearmen just don’t work well in bannerlord as of now. Make it a shocktroop with the warrazor and give them the broad blade javelin (like the heavy axeman) as well as an armor boost. That’ll do it.
